Having had such a good sleep the night before, our warehouse team is super-efficient and usually send orders on their way as soon as it arrives in our system. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be changed.

If a product is on pre-order, text will appear below the selected item with a ship by date to let you know when the item will leave our warehouse. The ship by date will also appear in your cart during check out.

To order an item on pre-order, add the item to your cart as per normal and once it arrives we will send it out to you.

If you order an in-stock item along with your pre-order, we will send everything together in line with the pre-order ship by date. If you would like us to ship the in-stock items separately, follow the instructions in your order confirmation email. Don’t lose any sleep - there’s no additional shipping costs when opting in for this option.

We would love that, but if you need to take your bedding out of the packaging and lay it all out to decide, thats ok too. Perfect folding into original packaging isn't a requirement for a return, however, in the interests of reducing waste, please try not to tear the packaging and include with your product return so that we can reuse it.

Yes, for unused and unwashed items we will provide free return postage via our self service portal above. Simply print out the label and drop it off at your post office. If it's a hassle to print the label, AusPost can print it for you, just show the label on your phone at the post office.

Yes, we’re flexible. You can choose either an exchange, credit or refund via our self service portal. Contact our team at hello@linenly.com.au if you need help deciding your exchange.

All you have to do is send us an email and let us know what issues you’re having. Feel free to also send us photos if it helps to explain your issue.

If an item is faulty, you don't need to return it. We may ask for items to be returned in some cases for review by our quality team so that we can continue to improve our product.

Returned bedding is reviewed by our quality team so that we can continue to improve. We then donate usable bedding to a charity for those experiencing or at risk of experiencing homelessness.

We accept payment via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Afterpay, Zip Pay, or credit card using Visa, Mastercard or Amex.

We have two core collections at the moment. Our bamboo bedding are made of 400-thread-count 100% organic bamboo fabric. Our long staple cotton bedding are made of 500-thread-count 100% Long-Staple Cotton. Read more about our fabrics in the Bamboo Bedding guide or our Long Staple Cotton Bedding guide. We only use natural fibres for all of our bed sheets.

Machine wash cold on gentle/delicate with like fabrics, tumble dry low or line dry. Avoid bleach. To prevent pilling, avoid fabric softener. Iron low if needed. For more details, please go to view laundry guide.

We’ve worked really hard to make sure that the colours shown on screen match what you're expecting to receive but we can’t make any promises. Please note that exchanges for a discrepancy in colour will be classed as change of mind.

Sometimes we just can’t anticipate the amount of demand for our sheets and we sell out sooner than expected. If you select your desired option, a ‘Notify me when available’ button should appear where you can enter your email address to be the first to know when it's back in stock.
